Ethnographic house “Laipas”

Ethnogaphic house Laipas is a 100-year-old log house from Latgale, rebuilt in a remote location on the banks of the River Loja, retaining its authenticity.
Up to the moment when the building was transported, electricity had never been installed in this house, therefore we have tried to preserve the aura. And there are no kitchens and amenities in such historic houses. Therefore, in a separately built house with a terrace (10 m away) there is a modern kitchen and amenities with two toilets and showers available.
The house, having a space of 140 m2, is suitable for organising small parties and seminars (for up to 20 people), as well as it is a great holiday home.
We offer to enjoy it in combination with the historic black sauna or wood-stove sauna next to the Guest House (15 m away).
On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace and large desk and a bedroom with a fireplace, a double bed and a single bed.
On the second floor there are 2 rooms. One double room has a double bed and 3 single beds. The second room has 3 beds, one of which is a double.
